A qualified, accessible team
Educational excellence is at the heart of the management courses at Toulouse. The teaching team, mainly made up of teachers from the business world (consultants, top executives, company managers, etc.), provides the theoretical basics as well as best practices from the company world. The instructors transmit their experience, their skills and their networks, and are determined to make sure all our students succeed.
One of the school's strengths is developing the potential of each student, supporting them in acquiring fundamental knowledge and attitudes needed by future top executives and helping them establish the academic basis for taking strategic decisions later.
Access to employment at the heart of our strategy
This progression is the subject of a "pact" between the student and our school during the management course in Toulouse. Access to employment is our n° 1 priority. The role of our MBway Toulouse school alongside the student does not come to an end at the conclusion of the programme. We go out of our way to make sure the students access the job market quickly in executive positions in line with their qualifications. With this in mind, the MBway network is associated with the APEC executive employment agency to help students get the most out of individual support.
Managers and consultants contribute to providing content with professional quality and help the future graduates get a better understanding of the reality on the ground and fine-tune their career projects (conferences, meetings with company managers, events, trade fairs, etc.).
To give coherence and structure to the teaching team, the head of studies has wide experience in the subject fields taught and real skills in the world of business.
The other medium that is vital to success is based on the international orientation on offer in the MBway programme. The teaching team, made up of speakers and teachers of foreign languages, is carefully selected and supervised by the school management.
Challenges to surpassing yourself
The MBway management programme also features inter-school challenges, a competition involving the 15 cities of the network, through company games and contests to set up companies.
