Objectifs

The Labor relations and HR strategy manager is in charge of implementing the Human Resources policy defined by the senior management. He must understand the legal and social risks in order to provide suitable recommendations. 

To fully accomplish his mission,  he must control and steer industrial relations with the Staff Representative Bodies, and know how to handle and conduct individual and collective negotiations.
