Objectifs

The implementation of global supply chain management processes takes place in a context characterised by the globalisation of flows, internationalisation and the integration of environmental constraints. Apart from mastering the processes characterising the global supply chain, it is essential to be able to identify and measure its challenges within a business.

A strategic and transverse vision

This calls for the acquisition of concepts, analysis methods and tools to work out the logistical consequences of the mix of industrial strategies, in an increasingly international context.

The MBway school MBA in International Logistics Management

  • Design and pilot the Global Supply Chain according to a company's strategic industrial policies.
  • Assume operational, economic and commercial responsibility for the Global Supply Chain, by regularly looking for the best use of human and material resources and constantly endeavouring to maintain a social and environmental balance, in an international context.
